PAINT•DRAW•PRINT CAMP / JULY 7-11
PAINT•DRAW•PRINT CAMP will take place the week of July 7-11 from 9:00AM-12:00PM. This camp week will focus on 2-dimensional fine art materials and techniques. Young artists will have an opportunity to practice using the corresponding tools and media, and will be guided through a whole-group project each day that incorporates elements such as Painting, Drawing, Printmaking and Collage.
The camp week will conclude with a small gallery exhibit Friday at 12:00PM, showcasing campers’ artwork. Caregivers are encouraged to invite other family and friends to attend!
All campers must bring a water bottle, snack, and lunch. For the safety of other campers, no peanuts or tree nuts are permitted. No electronics or toys are permitted in the art studio. Sunscreen and a change of clothes are encouraged.
Camp will be hosted in Room 304 at Islander Middle School (7447 84th Ave SE). This space offers large tables for art-making, and easy access from the main parking lot for drop-off/pick-up. Camp packet with drop-off/pick-up information and camp details will be emailed in June.
